Confirmation of Address: Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of SmartCooky before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event Your order is not serviceable by Us, We would request You to provide Us with an alternate shipping address which We expect to have on Our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by SmartCooky, in such cases SmartCooky will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. SmartCooky doesn't deliver items internationally.
Multiple Orders: In case You book multiple order for the products in one transaction, SmartCooky would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
Delivered Locations: Our freight and logistics partners deliver to the postal locations in India as specified on the Website.
Charges: You will see the final delivery charges for Your order on the checkout page during the order process. Please check the same carefully before confirming Your order.
Delivery Updates: Delivery updates will be sent to Your registered email address. We are also in the process of implementing a mechanism to send an SMS to Your registered mobile number in the near future, for the purpose of sending delivery updates. Delivery Lead Times: Our endeavour is to ship Your order within 10 days from the day You place the order unless specified otherwise on the Website in relation to a specific product. However, all delivery times are merely indicative and Your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability and other factors attached to Your order. Delays do occasionally happendespite Our best efforts. We do not accept liability for any delay or for not delivering the products within the suggested delivery time.

We will always deliver Your order to the front door of Your house or to the communal entrance to Your block of flats. Our drivers may deliver beyond this into Your home. However:
Our delivery personnel may not be able to deliver to You if he or she has to transport Your shopping an unreasonable distance because of parking restrictions.
Our delivery personnel will not come in if he or she believes it isn't safe or practical to do so. If this is the case, Our driver will explain the reason clearly to You.
Our delivery personnel will need to be sure that You have given him or her permission to come in.
Our delivery personnel will not always be able to deliver beyond the communal entrance if there isn't a lift, which transports the shopping beyond the first floor of the building (where the ground level is 0). If this is the case, the delivery personnel or a store colleague will discuss delivery options with You for subsequent deliveries.
For deliveries to customers at a business address, We are only able to deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of Your business or at the reception area, but are not able to come up to Your desk or place of work. If Your business has a shared ground floor reception, this is the point to which We will deliver.
Please ensure You are available to receive and sign for the order within Your timeslot. Our delivery personnel will wait a reasonable amount of time for You to arrive at the ground floor reception to collect Your order but if You do not arrive, they may need to leave without delivering Your order. While We may be able to organise a redelivery for a subsequent time, We may need to charge for such redelivery.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is valid on all domestic orders for order value above Rs.1000 and all orders below this amount shall invite a delivery charge as specified on the Website. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount coupon that may be offered by Us or Our partners from time to time. Free shipping may not be applicable on products purchased from the sale page or any discounted catalogue subject to alteration of this promotion at any time. Our standard Terms and Conditions will be applicable.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges of products on Our Website will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.

Transit Risk: All orders dispatched by SmartCooky are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Receiving delivery: You or someone aged 18 or over on Your behalf must be available to receive, inspect and sign Your order. We will not be able to leave goods unattended under any circumstances. We will deliver Your order to the front door of Your house or to the communal entrance to Your block of flats. Our delivery boys / drivers may deliver beyond this into Your home. We expect You to check Your order with the received shipment while accepting delivery. We will not be liable for any missing products or short-shipment if it is not informed to the delivery personnel while accepting the products.
Please let Us know prior to the estimated time of deliverywhether You will be able to receive the delivery. If You are unavailable during the time of the scheduled delivery, or are unable to meet Our driver in Your workplace within a reasonable period of time, We reserve the right to charge Our standard delivery charge for re-delivery.
If You have not contacted Our Customer Care Team within 12 hours to rearrange a failed delivery, the order will be cancelled and refunded and We may retain the delivery fee. In case you have ordered perishable goods and have not rearranged for such failed delivery, you will forfeit the entire cost of the perishable goods ordered.
Please do not offer Our drivers tips as they will not able to accept them.
